My History...
In early 1990 Brian Lloyd, Recognized that today’s real estate business was altogether different. He saw that old solutions and traditional approaches to business were neither practical, nor effective. A new way of practicing real estate demanded vision, a spirit of innovation, and a philosophy to undertake an entirely new approach as yet unseen in the real estate industry. Above all, he understood that quality is a universal language, and resolved to fashion every aspect of the business from a fresh perspective.
With these ideals and concepts firmly fixed, BriansProperties.com was launched in August of 2004. Since then, the website has sustained remarkable growth building from a small group of three people to over 1,250 Sales and support staff.

Brian Lloyd is the realization of a dream. He believes that real estate is much more than just listing and selling homes. He believes that a home reflects people’s hopes and dreams, their lifestyle, and how they participate in and contribute to their community. A person’s home defines who they are.
My mission, therefore, is to achieve customer satisfaction, with exceptional people, to require performance that inspires, to demand ever-higher standards of care, and to build a culture where aspirations, dreams and vision have free rein, and quality is the universal language.
